Luxx Boutique Hotel, Santa Fe

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a smart TV with free WiFi for Netflix binges. Everything was sparkling clean and well-stocked, which I loved. The service was top-notch and super friendly, although I wish they would secure the hot tub area a bit better. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the Plaza and museums, yet peaceful at night. The dining options were great, especially breakfast. The facilities were excellent but could use a bit more attention to detail.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the downtown plaza, making it easy to access restaurants and shopping. The rooms are beautifully designed but could use better curtains for a darker ambiance at night. The service is exceptional with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile, although there was a minor hiccup finding our reservation in their system. The dining experience was decent with the highlight being a complimentary wine service in the hot tub area. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, but improvements are needed in some areas.

The rooms, although smaller than expected and lacking windows, provided a cozy stay, despite proximity to a potentially noisy back patio. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for nearby activities. Dining was decent, with some improvements needed, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and the bed was very comfortable, plus it was excellently located near the main plaza in Santa Fe. However, the room was a bit small, making bumping into furniture more likely. The service was wonderful, with a friendly and helpful staff who even gave us an upgrade and allowed us to use the hot tub late at night with some complementary wine. The location was perfect for us, just off the plaza, but not open until well after 8 am. The dining experience was ok, with Mexican food available, but there had to be a slight adjustment to make room for sitting items. The facilities were adequate, but there was a need for another mirror or full-length mirror in the room.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms felt more like you're staying in a home than a hotel, although they were a bit dark. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of Santa Fe, just steps from Plaza and most attractions, although it might be a bit scary for someone on their own.
